I’m having trouble accessing my dashboard. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! 


First, let’s start by clicking this link:
https://dash.elevate-global.co/#/dashboard


It should take you to a page that looks like this: 


Use your login credentials that you used to sign up to sign in! Then, you’ll come to your dashboard landing page. Here it is: 



Here, you’ll click ”Get Started”, that beautiful little blue box. Then, you’re officially in! Here is what you should see: 


You will find some very important information here. The VIP is your profile link! This is how people will vote for you and how you will win this thing - aka get $10,000 dollars aka perform at WANGO TANGO.


If you run across any problems getting into your dashboard, don’t wait! Send us a support ticket right away so we can get you up and running. You can do this by heading to our website, www.thenextmusicstar.com, then choosing “Support” in the top right of the page. Here is what it looks like: 


Click in! You’ll find a lot of useful information here, as well as the option to submit a ticket to our team. Choose this so we can be in touch asap!


In case you do run into any issues, here are some quick tips: 

1. Log in and out of your profile. You can do this by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner. 

Then, try to sign in again. This could potentially help you get into your account without needing to reach out to support. 


2. If you are on a mobile device and pulling up the link through Instagram or Facebook, follow it to an external browser. You can do this by clicking the three dots on the top right corner then choosing “open in external browser”!

A lot of times it will not load all the way through, but choosing an external browser will fix the error! Here is how to do it through Instagram (Facebook is similar, follow those three dots!): 



3. Make sure you are using the SAME login method that you used to register. If you registered through Gmail, use your email! If you registered through Apple, make sure you use Apple! 


4. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL, we are here to help! Do not hesitate to reach out if you cannot access your dashboard or get logged in, we are here to make you a STAR.
